Shipping policy
At MySmartMug™, our goal is to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you are. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. Our mission every day is to deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, and make sure that you deserve the most quality levels of responsiveness at any times.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
MySmartMug store is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States, Canada 6-11 Business Days
Max delivery time - 20 Business days.
*This doesn't include our 1-3 day processing time.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
Once your order is verified and your payment has been approved, processing time begins. This takes approximately 6-11 business days - NOT including weekends or holidays. After processing, orders are shipped from our warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation order as well once your order has been shipped.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT".
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
